Educational Use Only Wiesel Client is provided strictly for educational and research purposes — specifically, for studying packet-level game mechanics, anti-cheat system architecture, and Minecraft modding techniques. Using this software on servers without explicit permission from server operators may violate those servers' terms of service. You are solely responsible for how you use this software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

While Wiesel Client's bypass engine has maintained an undetected status since launch, no software can guarantee permanent undetectability in all future circumstances.

You assume all risk associated with your use of the Software. Wiesel Client, its developers, and contributors accept no liability for any bans, account suspensions, hardware bans, or other consequences arising from your use of this Software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding detection status on any specific server or anti-cheat system at any future point in time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wiesel Client and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Services

When you use Wiesel Client on third-party game servers (Hypixel, 2b2t, or any other), you remain subject to those servers' own terms of service, rules, and enforcement decisions. These terms do not and cannot override third-party server rules. Compliance with third-party terms is your sole responsibility.
