Use of Wiesel Client on online game servers carries inherent risk, including but not limited to account suspension or banning by server operators or game publishers. While Wiesel Client's bypass engine has maintained an undetected status since launch, no software can guarantee permanent undetectability in all future circumstances.
You assume all risk associated with your use of the Software. Wiesel Client, its developers, and contributors accept no liability for any bans, account suspensions, hardware bans, or other consequences arising from your use of this Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding detection status on any specific server or anti-cheat system at any future point in time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wiesel Client and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
When you use Wiesel Client on third-party game servers (Hypixel, 2b2t, or any other), you remain subject to those servers' own terms of service, rules, and enforcement decisions. These terms do not and cannot override third-party server rules. Compliance with third-party terms is your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
